Chicago Metallic® Drywall Grid is a heavy-duty drywall grid system manufactured from HDG 40 steel. It is available in both fire-rated and non-fire rated construction, with a 1-1/2” wide face and patented screw stop for seamless installation. This grid system installs easily and features seismically tested stab-end cross tees cross tees. Chicago Metallic grid systems are certified to meet ASTM standards and are listed with ICC-ES Evaluation Services, under report ESR-2631.
